How to be an ISBM member?
1. Get an ISBM account
Sign up to create an ISBM account. You can alternatively choose to continue with your Google account to log in.
2. Create your profile
Provide the required information and get your ISBM profile ready. This profile helps to introduce yourself and connect you to other ISBM members.
3. Choose membership
Select your desired membership type from the list. Currently we are offering Student, General and Lifetime membership.
4. Complete payment
Once you are done, follow the payment procedure and complete your membership payment based on the type of membership you selected.

Student Member
Students enrolled in higher education (BS/MS/MPhil/Ph.D.) in microbiology or microbiology-related discipline in an accredited university are eligible for student membership.

Post-Doc Member
Post-Doctoral researchers in microbiology or related fields are eligible for post-doc membership.

General Member
Any Bangladesh-affiliated microbiologist with a formal degree or diploma (BS/MS/MPhil/Ph.D.) in microbiology from an accredited university is eligible for general membership.

Life Member
Any general member can become a life member of ISBM by paying a one-time fee as set by the society.
